Kindly use State password for Data
entry through State and District password for respective District and
click on Login. For viewing reports password is not required.

Please change the password at the
earliest, so as to maintain confidentiality.

One time data
entry may be required in some fields for the months of June and July, 2009 and
also for average/normal values of previous years in some cases.

Thereafter, weekly
data entry is required to be done from 01.08.09 onwards. Thus the first entry
of weekly data (along with fixed data as per S.No. 3 above) will be due on
08.08.09, which must be completed within two days i.e. 10.08.09. This schedule
is to be followed meticulously every week.

Monthly Allocation of Fertilizers
may be shown only once i.e. in the first week of that month.

Data pertaining to the weeks
ending 30/06/2009 and 31/07/2009 should be data for the entire month of June
and July respectively.

Please enter
Actual Receipt of fertilizers during the weeks / months and not availability of
fertilizers which is normally entered by the fertilizer companies in the
fertilizer monitoring system. Receipt indicates actual quantities of
fertilizers received by the district and not the quantities which is dispatched
by the fertilizer companies or is in their godowns.
